The Dixie high School volleyball team reached out to the New Lebanon Community and spent a Saturday morning in August working at the New Lebanon Community Garden Center.  The girls helped to weed the garden, pick vegetables, snap green beans, pick and make flower bouquets, bag up mixed vegetables for anyone who stopped by and made home visits to those who could not come out.  The girls have participated in this service project for two years now with the Create a New Lebanon founder, Alex Cummins.  The team enjoys giving back to the community and hopes that the community will support them in their efforts to defeat opponents in this 2015 season.
